Good to know before your first render.

Is virtually staged photography allowed on the MLS? +

Yes. Most MLSs and NAR allow virtual staging as long as the photo is labeled as virtually staged. Bestroom adds a compliant disclosure label in one tap, and you note it in the listing remarks.

Do the real walls and windows stay the same? +

That is the whole point. Structure-Lock compares every render to your original photo and keeps walls, windows, doors and flooring untouched. We only add or remove furniture and adjust the sky or lawn.

What resolution do I get? +

Do I own the images? +
